These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of vmediasolutions.com and the services provided by Venture Media Solutions, located at 2550 Pacific Ave, Dallas, TX 75226. By using the site, submitting a form or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We design and manage paid advertising campaigns and lead generation systems intended to produce off market seller conversations for acquirers, brokers and advisors. Specific deliverables, fees, terms and campaign scope are defined in a separate written agreement between us and each client. This page does not create a client relationship on its own.

Marketing results vary. Lead volume, cost per lead and closed transactions depend on your buy box, market, budget, offer, responsiveness and factors outside our control. Any figures, case studies or examples shown on this site describe past performance for specific clients and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

• Program description. Venture Media Solutions sends conversational and informational text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, campaign updates, and, where you opt in, occasional promotional offers.
• Consent. You opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website with the consent checkbox selected, by texting us first, or by providing your number in writing during onboarding. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and campaign, typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance or email hello@venturemediasolutions.com.
• Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider.
• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy content for competing commercial use, submit false information, or use our services in any way that violates applicable law, including telemarketing, messaging and privacy regulations.

All content on this site, including copy, brand marks, graphics, frameworks and campaign methodology, is owned by Venture Media Solutions and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Our site may link to third party websites or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Media Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
